6S 1.2A Active Equalizer Balancer Battery Energy Transfer Board
ℹ
Products from the USA may come with an input voltage of 110V–120V, requiring a step-down transformer. Check the device wattage to select the correct power converter.
•Compatibility and Safety Warning: Only compatible with 6S battery packs, not recommended for use with poor quality battery packs as the indicator light will flash and report an error. Before connecting the equalization board, verify that each battery is wired correctly by measuring the voltage of each battery string, and ensure proper insulation to prevent short-circuits that could damage the board
•Auxiliary Function Clarification: This balancer PCB board is an auxiliary device to the BMS protection board, not a standalone BMS protection board. It does not provide overvoltage or overdischarge protection functions, which are the responsibility of the BMS protection board. For voltage protection, use this board in parallel with a BMS protection board
•Battery Specifications and Indicators: Applicable battery types include NCM (li-ion) and LFP, does not support LTO. Working range is 3.0-4.2V per cell with suggested battery capacity below 30AH. Red indicator light functions: LED on indicates balance in progress, LED off indicates balance ends, LED flashing indicates battery pack wiring error or circuit failure
•Balance Operation Method: Detects when the voltage difference between adjacent batteries exceeds 0.1V to trigger equalization start, and stops working when the adjacent battery voltage difference falls below 0.03V. The inductance equalization board requires multiple charge and discharge cycles to achieve optimal voltage equalization effect
•Technical Balance Specifications: Voltage balance accuracy of 30mV (typical value) between adjacent voltages. Balance current ranges from 0.5A-0.7A when adjacent voltage difference is between 0.1V and 0.2V, and reaches 1.0A (maximum 1.2A) when adjacent voltage difference exceeds 0.2V. Under-voltage protection enters dormant state at 0.03V difference with 10uA sleep current
